My name is HAIZOL, I’m from The Analogue Factory, and I’ve been going through 9 different modules from SGMP, and one of my favourite modules is “Production and Direction” and the other one is “Camera Operations”.

Reason why these two modules are my favourite, is because I’ve to do something that I’m doing right now.

Currently, I’m doing some events and wedding videos, with some of my colleagues.

Basically, going through these courses makes me understand more on what that I need to know, especially the basics things.

Before that, I didn’t even know much about… like videography and stuff.

The module that I learned in Production and Direction, one of the topics is Blocking & Staging.

Blocking and Staging is a term where they used for movement of the talents in the camera shot. 

It was a fun thing to do, there was one of the days, we did a project on a scene of “Godfather”, the movie.

We did a role play. I had to direct them where to stand, when to move, what to say, when is the cue…those kind of stuff. And we had a lot of fun.

And it was very, very chilled. You will understand more.

So for all of you who really wants to join this course, I really will ask you to join in. Because you will learn a lot. And it’ll be a fun and enjoyable moment for you.
